Veterans Street Tomah, WI 54660-3105 Amendment 0005 hereby incorporates the following clarifications/change(s) into the solicitation package. The NAICS Code assignment for this project has been changed as follows: FROM: 238210 Electrical Contractors / SBA Standard $26.5M. TO: 238210 Electrical Contractors / SBA Standard $16.5M. The offer due date has been extended from Thursday, May 5, 2022 to Wednesday, May 11, 2022. First RFI Response: Question: Do ceiling tiles and grid need to be removed to pull cables? Answer: No, cable pulling is not required due to the limited scope of this project. Specifically, the conduit from the rooms to the hallways is the only task on this project. The actual cable pulls will be completed from a national IDIQ contractor. 4.) Site Visit Scheduled for May 2, 2022 @ 1:00 CST in Building 23 room 12322 conference room. Contractors can directly access the area using the single door on the western side. If contractor want direct access to 405 or a CLC space, then a negative covid test within 72 hours of visit is required. This solicitation can be monitored at SAM.gov Contractors shall ensure all amendments are acknowledged on Page 2 of the SF-1442.
