Description: The intent of this pre-solicitation is to notify potential offerors of a total Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside, Firm Fixed Price Multi-Award BPA or a Simplified Acquisition of First Aid Kit Refurbishment/Update and/or Build. The BPA is to provide first aid kits for wildland firefighters, on a nation-wide basis, for fire suppression activities, all-hazard incidents, and severity/preparedness assignments. The Vendor�s fixed-price rates shall include, but are not limited to, all labor, equipment, materials, shipping, and State and Federal taxes.
