- 11th Constracing Squadon is conducting market research to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for various manning assistance needs for the� AF Band located in Washington D.C.� Below is the PWS for this requirement.� If capable of providing this service please provide a capability statement to diane.feguer@us.af.mil.� Please send questions to the provided email address as well. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) Manning Assist Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) The United States Air Force Band 1. General:� The United States Air Force Band requires vendors to provide manning assist support for missions at a variety of locations including but not limited to The United States Air Force Band located at 201 McChord St SW, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC 20032.� Services needed include featured guest artists, musicians, emcees, actors, choreographers, directors, dancers, producers, hair/makeup artists, recording engineers, lighting designers, composers, videographers, video production, and audio production. Due to the varied nature of the need, we believe Blanket Purchase Agreements to be the best fiscal vehicle to have these needs met. 1.1 Description of Services/Introduction:� The Vendor shall provide manning assist support as required for missions/productions of the USAF Band. Services may take place at any location that the USAF Band performs its missions including but not limited to 201 McChord St SW, JBAB, DC 20032, venues in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and venues across the United States as part of their National Tours. 1.2 Background: �The United States Air Force Band is the premier musical organization in the United States Air Force.� Due to a variety of mission requirements, it is often necessary to augment or supplement the available manning of the USAF Band.� 1.3 Required Credentials:� Contractor shall provide manning for the USAF Band that is selected by the USAF Band. 1.4 Required Services:� Depending on mission requirements, The USAF Band requires featured guest artists, instrumentalists, vocalists, conductors, emcees, actors, choreographers, directors, dancers, producers, hair/makeup artists, recording engineers, record producers, audio editors, video editors, lighting designers, composers, videographers, audio engineers, and voiceover artists.� The USAF Band will provide the contractor the names of personnel requested. 1.5 Period of Performance: �The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 with four (4) Option years.� 1.6 General Information: Vendor will provide a Price List to include the following services: Fees Credit card fees (if applicable) 1.6.1 Quality Control: The USAF Band reserves the right to terminate the Blanket Purchase Agreement with a vendor if work is deemed not satisfactory.� 1.6.2 Type of Contract:� Blanket Purchase Agreement
