Description

The 81st Contracting Squadron, Keesler�AFB, MS intends to award a sole source blanket purchase agreement to Sparklight (formerly Cable One, Inc.). The requirement includes commercial internet speeds comparable to 50 Mbps Download/5 Mbps Upload; 150 Mbps Download/15 Mbps Upload; 300 Mbps Download/30 Mbps Upload; 500 Mbps Download/50 Mbps Upload; 1000 Mbps (1 Gig) Download/50 Mbps Upload; and Installation of all Required Infrastructure. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown. The applicable Sole Source Justification is attached for reference.� NOTE: UPDATED NAICS IS 517112 PER 2022 UPDATE. SBA SIZE STANDARDS ESTIMATED TO BE UPDATED 2 MAY 2022.�
