Description

The Bureau of ATF intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Motorola Solutions, Inc. for�maintenance and support of ATF�s Enterprise Notification System (ENS).��Motorola Solutions, Inc. provides two software solutions, known at ATF as the Enterprise Notification Systems, comprising the Motorola software products Vesta Communicator NXT, Alertus and MassCall.� ATF�selected and deployed these products ten (10) years ago.�� The current ENS system does not need replacement and only requires continuous maintenance, patches, and software upgrades to maintain existing capability in a secure environment.��The Vesta Communicator, Alertus and MassCall software are proprietary software packages to Motorola Solutions.� Motorola is the sole provider of the software licensing and maintenance with no authorized resellers.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS OR PROPOSALS
