Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice only at this time. The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, intends to solicit, compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37-Service Contracting Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Aircraft Fire Trainer Repair Services requirement. This award will be an estimated 30 day period of performance, with estimated dates of 1 July 2022 � 30 July 2022. The solicitation will be posted on or about 1 May 2022 the System for Award Management (SAM), website, http://www.sam.gov. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332312 � Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, you must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Once the official solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted, a Question and Answer (Q & A) opportunity will be given as part of the official solicitation. Please email comments to the email addresses listed below. Once the official solicitation is posted under solicitation number FA469022Q0026, all interested and responsible entities may submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. Small Business contractors submitting a proposal must also have a Cage Code that is provided within the submitted quote and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.
