Secure parking area (exterior fenced-in area) capable of storing at least 10 vehicles; 24-hour access.��� Roll up door (capable of minimum 14 foot in height and 12 foot width clearance); accommodate vehicles up to 45 feet long. Commercial/Industrial electrical capability; property should have a Fiber Circuit to demark point of proposed building that would be capable of supporting both the tenant-agency�s network and an unattributed Network (1Gbps) through AT&T. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
