Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�California City:�San Diego Delineated Area: North � State Route 56 South � I-8 East � I-15 West � I-5 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�10,242 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�10,400 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�7 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�7 Full Term:�180 Months / 15 Years Firm Term:�120 Months / 10 Years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be one continuous, conducive to an efficient layout and good utilization Space must be located on floors other than the ground or top floor of the building. Space should be secluded from public agencies and traffic when possible. Public transportation/employee parking must be within � mile Services, utilities, and maintenance must be provided between 6:30am to 6:00pm Space must be accessible 24-7 Three GSA-approved safes will be housed at this location � 2 safes (1,100 lbs. per safe) and 1 safe (1,200 lbs., 1,700 lbs. fully loaded) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
