Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in Lake Charles, Louisiana � RLP No. 1LA2130 State: Louisiana City: Lake Charles Delineated Area: NORTH: Broad St./Hwy 90 Business EAST: Hwy 14 SOUTH: Interstate 210 WEST: Lake St. to Shell Beach Dr. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,274 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,274 ABOA SF Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): Parking in accordance with City Code Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking in accordance with City Code Parking Spaces (Structured): No structured parking required Parking Spaces (Reserved): No reserved parking required Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 13 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be located in a professional office setting. Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the fully serviced rent. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4. Date of space availability. 5. Building ownership information. 6. Authorization to Submit / Representation Letter from the building owner. 7. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government reserved parking. 8. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. 9. List of building services provided.
