Ft. (ABOA):�5,909 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�6,204 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�Six (6) + Two (2) oversized space Parking Spaces (Surface):�Zero (0) Parking Spaces (Structured):�Six (6) + Two (2) oversized space Parking Spaces (Reserved):�Six (6) + Two (2) oversized space Full Term:�20 Years (240 Months) Firm Term:�15 Years (180 Months) Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: The oversized parking space should accommodate a vehicle with the following dimensions: (Length 15�, Width 6�, Height 8�) Access to a Sallyport is required.
