- DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: �Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Construction Project for the Renovation of Warehouse 5807, Supply & Maintenance Area, Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. This project consists of all repair/upgrade/modification work required at building 5807 to make the facility compliant with the project approved by the Italian Fire Department and the Italian fire Codes to obtain the Fire Prevention Certificates (CPIs) through the Certified Notification of Activity Start (SCIA) process. The main work are the following: architectural, structure and civil works; mechanical works; Fire protection system; Electrical, Telephone/Data Transmission, Smoke Detection and Fire Alarm Systems FUNDING: The project is funded LOCATION OF THE WORK: �The site of the proposed work is Supply & Maintenance Area , Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy MAGNITUDE OF THE PROJECT: �The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 METHOD OF CONTRACTING: �This will be a Request for Proposal resulting in a firm fixed price contract. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: �The Performance Period will be 270 calendar days� SOA: Contractor is required to be SOA OG11 Classification II Qualified SITE VISIT: �The site visit will be held on 20 April 2022 at 10:00 hour at the Gate No. 27 Depot area,� Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy.
