- Amendment 0001: This amendment is to update the solicitation: delete the second bullet under section 2.5.1.1, regarding pricing of tool kits; delete the phrase under section 2.5.2.3 that says ""and ceiling rates for assembly tools/equipment""; and to correct of the proposal submission date. Past performance attachments (Past Performance Overview Sheet, Project Summary Form, and Past Performance Questionnaire) that were omitted from the solicitation originally will be included as part of this amendment, as well as the updated specifications (changes made to pages 1 and 21 to update the minimum insulation R values), and the proposal due date is extended to 25 May 2022 by 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). refer to the uploaded attachments. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM), is seeking to award multiple new, fully competed, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the procurement of relocatable buildings (RLBs) located throughout the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) area of responsibility AOR. These contracts will support the manufacturing, shipping, and delivery of RLB units to the locations within the CENTCOM�AOR, as well as the capability to assemble the products on-site, when applicable. In some cases, minor incidental construction may be required. All products must conform to the requirements of UFC 1-201-01 and attached Specifications, section 13 34 23.12 10, and any persons working on the development of RLB product data must read and be familiar with the content of those codes and specifications. Facilities must meet or exceed the latest editions of the Department of Defense (DoD) UFC 1-201-01, British Standard 7671, and applicable International Building Codes (IBC) references from the UFC. RLB�s must be designed to allow erection by Soldiers, able to be disassembled and shipped, be well insulated, be equipped with low power consumption components and other energy efficient technologies. RLBs shall be rapidly deployable, air transportable, simple to ship, easily sustainable, low maintenance, utilize redundant parts, and require minimal spare parts. They shall be designed and composed of materials that mitigate issues with termites, rot, mildew, mold, and warping. No stucco or gypsum board will be utilized in any of the RLBs. Magnitude of Requirement:� The total capacity for this requirement is $250,000,000.00. Period of Performance (PoP): �The PoP will be 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will have four 365 calendar days option periods. This procurement is classified through the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332311 � Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing, which has a small business size of 750 employees.
