- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Ewing Delineated Area: City limits of Ewing, NJ Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,827 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,827 Space Type: Office Parking (Reserved, Surface): 4 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 2 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,seismic,and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.A fully serviced lease required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 flood plain. The U.S.Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease inWheeling, WVthat will be expiring.The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to exercise an existing 5-year renewal option for the current lease.The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements,as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure,and non-productive agency downtime.This is not a solicitation for offers ora request for proposals. TheGovernment will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
