- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation is 36C24422Q0680 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The applicable NAICS code is 337127. The Coatesville VA Medical Center at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320, has a brand name or equal requirement for Wheelchair Accessible Rectangular Picnic Tables. A copy of the solicitation is attached. Please download documents for all details, required items, information, and requirements for submission of quotes. Completion is required as outlined in the solicitation document. Quotes are to be submitted FOB destination Only, with delivery to the Coatesville VA Medical Center.
