Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - INTENSIVE TESTIMONY WORKSHOP The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), of Washington DC, intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with statute 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. � The SEC, intends to enter a fixed-price contract with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) of Boulder, Colorado, for the purchase of intensive testimony workshops, for both online training workshops and in-person training workshops.� There will be a total of 10 workshops per year and will provide training for a maximum of 18 people, with continuing learning education (CLE) credits included.�� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any small-business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer in the form of a capability statement. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed and must be furnished to the point of contact listed below by 12:00PM noon ET May 10th, 2022.� �A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Questions should be directed to J.
