United States Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District Renovation ICTS Medical Warehouse, Baghdad Intl Airport, Iraq Pre-Solicitation Notice for W912ER-22-R-0026 Anticipated Solicitation Issue Date: Early May 2022 Anticipated Solicitation Response Date: Mid to late August 2022 Set Aside: As the work will be performed outside of the continental United States, no set asides to small business or socioeconomic preference for this solicitation. NAICS: 236220 -- Commercial and Industrial Building Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000. Contracting Office Address: US Army Corps of Engineers � Middle East District, P.O. Box 2250, Winchester, VA 22604-1450 SYNOPSIS: TAM is anticipating a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) award for the renovation of the ICTS Medical Warehouse located at the Baghdad Intl Airport, Iraq. PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of the project includes remodeled/renovated of the medical warehouse to operational condition. This project consists of upgrading the existing power, environmental controls, and new construction of office spaces (construct new office room and conference room); and to provide new shelving for the medical supplies and office equipment/furniture (FF&E), IT equipment/CCTV to enhance the Iraqi Military�s ability to receive, account, store, and ship medical supplies capability and capacity. 1. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be 365 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. 2. The magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. PROPOSAL PROCEDURES: The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on SAM.GOV. It is anticipated that the Best Value Trade-Off (BVTO) contracting method will be used to evaluate proposals. Evaluation criteria will be stated in the RFP. RESPONSE PERIOD: This is a pre-solicitation notice and is not a request for proposal (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. A response to this notice is not required. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.
