- The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of the existing two elevators � one passenger and one freight. The main entrance lobby finishes are to be renovated; however, the existing hung metal ceiling grid and tiles as well as accent lighting is existing to remain. The other elevator lobby areas will only be renovated as required for the installation of new call signals in each area
