- Answers to questions from the site visits are provided. Updated Specs Section 075323 provided with this amendment. Wood blocking need to be installed around all of the Parapet walls. There can be NO garbage shoot from the top of the building into a dumpster. Garbage can be carefully stack at one location and secured down from any wind blowing debris off the roof. Building Height: Approximately 60-feet tall Membrane: 60-mil VersiGard Non-Reinforced EPDM membrane adhered with CAV-GRIP 3V Low-VOC Adhesive/Primer. Cover Board: 1/2 SecurShield HD [4'x 4' boards] adhered with Flexible DASH Adhesive at 4"" on center bead spacing in the field, perimeter and corners. Base Sheet: SureMB 90 Base Ply mechanically attached with Dual Prong Base Sheet Fasteners at 9 on center in the laps with two rows staggered at 9 on center in the field. Minimum pullout value shall be 70-lbs. per base sheet fastener. Deck: Tear off to Gypsum deck The roofing assembly described herein, represents Versico s minimum warranty requirements. It is not intended to modify, negate or alter any requirements dictated by the specifier or mandated by the building code or the building owner s insurer. Versico s review and inspection are strictly for the purpose of issuing the Versico warranty. System enhancements pertaining, but not limited, to membrane thickness, insulation type and thickness, flashing height, slope requirements and membrane terminations [beyond those required by Versico] are to be complied with when specified unless approved by the Architect / Consultant. These conditions are considered above and beyond the scope of Versico review and take precedence. Upon final inspection and acceptance by a Versico Field Service Representative confirming that the roof system has been installed in accordance with Versico s Specifications, Versico will issue a 20-year warranty with 90-MPH wind speed coverage. Unless purchased or supplied through Versico, please note that performance, integrity, and impact of products by others is not included under coverage of the Versico Warranty.
