- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to update the Q&A attachment with the latest version and add the site visit attendees list. The purpose of this amendment is to update the SOW, RFI Answers, attach the Financial Institution Reference Sheet, and extend the proposal due date to COB May 04, 2022. All questions shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to Brandon Spratt at brandon.spratt.2@us.af.mil by COB Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Answers to questions will be posted to sam.gov. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after 20 April 2022 at Closed of Business will be answered. Please see attached solicitation FA442722R0004 and all other attachments that are referenced inside of the solicitation. This acquisition is a Firm-Fixed Price, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) Program Small Business Set-Aside. Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained in Section L. The basis of awards is located in Section M. Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. ""NOTICE OF OFFEROR/SUPPLIER: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.""
