Description
DLA Energy Okinawa operates two major offload buoys system at Kin Bay, six tank farms and over 72 miles of fuel pipelines to accomplish the bulk fuels mission. The 72 miles of cross-country pipelines are interconnected by 63 valve boxes dispersed around the island of Okinawa, Japan. Jet Propellent 5 and 8 (JP-5 and JP-8) fuel are offloaded from Tengan Ocean Terminal Support via ocean tankers to various tank farms. DLA � E operates five tank farms, Chimuwan Tank Farm 1, 2, and 3, and Kuwae 1 and 2, are interconnected and the flow of fuel can interchange between these 5 tank farm terminals. The sixth tank farm is located at White Beach and is an isolated system. White Beach Tank Farm stores F-76 Diesel and offloads fuel via two fuel pier. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and any other items necessary to conduct this contingency plan investigation. Contractor shall have the appropriate level of security clearance (TBD), licenses, certifications, tools, and expertise to perform duties as required. Major Task of this requirement are listed below: TASK 1: Failure of both Single Point Mooring (SPM)/Multi-Buoy-Mooring (MBM) contingency plan TASK 2: Failure of one offload system, SPM/MBM contingency plan TASK 3: SPM/MBM mitigation plan TASK 4: Sandtrap, Pipe Pit (PPIT), and Valve Box (VB) 1 TASK 5: Valve Box Contingency Plan TASK 6: White Beach (WB) Pier Contingency Plan TASK 7: White Beach Valve Box and Manifold Contingency Plan TASK 8: Chimuwan Tank Farm 1 TASK 9: Chimuwan Tank Farm 2 TASK 10: Chimuwan Tank Farm 3 TASK 11: Kuwae Tank Farm 1 TASK 12 Kuwae Tank Farm 2 All task details are included in the attached Draft PWS
