Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ); it is strictly a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e).� This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP or as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition.� Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.� All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. SCOPE OF WORK The U.S. Government currently intends to award a brand name supply contract for Cisco Systems C9300 Catalyst switch, which is to be utilized for purposes by the United States Military Academy. The U.S. Government is canvassing potential sources for the procurement of Cisco Systems brand C9300 Catalyst switch to support the Army Cyber Institute at the United States Military Academy.� The Army Cyber Institute requires Cisco brand C9300 Catalyst switch with licenses to support CyberVAN servers with 10G line speed.� The key items required are as follows: Catalyst 9300 24-port mGig and UPOE, Network Advantage (to include: 24-port license, Catalyst 9300 XE17.7 Universal, 1100W AC80+ platinum configuration 1 power supply, and DNA Advantage 24-port Term Licenses.) Cisco C9300 DNA Advantage, 24-port, 3 year Tem License (to include: Prime Infrastructure Lifecycle and Assurance, DNA Spaces Extend for Catalyst switches, ThousandEyes Enterprise Agents, and Network Plug-n-Play Connect for zero-touch device deployment.) The anticipated NAICS code is 511210, Software Publishers.� The anticipated PSC is 7B22, IT AND TELECOM - COMPUTE: SERVERS (HARDWARE AND PERPETUAL LICENSE SOFTWARE). All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� All responsible parties that feel they can provide this service should forward their capabilities in writing to Safire.M.Pena.civ@army.mil.� Please indicate your business size (Small, Large, etc...) in your responses.� This notice will close on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 0900 hours EST.� Please note that this is not a solicitation but a sources sought notice only.
