Description

The Department of Justice (DOJ), Procurement Services Staff (PSS), on behalf of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) program Office, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Websedge TV, under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), for the purchase a video documentary for OCDETF for the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). IACP Annual Conference 2022.� IACP has partnered exclusively with Websedge to produce and transmit videos for the IACP sponsored annual conference in 2022. ��WebsEdge is the only vendor IACP is using to bring IACPtv to this year�s Annual Conference, October 15-18, 2022, in Dallas, Texas.� �The vendor will provide a professionally produced and edited five-minute production video featuring the benefits that OCDEFT can provide other law enforcement agencies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes and no solicitation package is available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
