- The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force (CERF) will conduct a Collective Training exercise in May 2022 in Virginia Beach.�� This action is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside with a small business size standard of $16.5M.�� Questions shall be submitted in writing to wesley.spencer4.civ@army.mil no later than 11:00 a.m. ET, April 22, 2022.� Quotes shall be submitted to wesley.spencer4.civ@army.mil no later than 11:00 a.m., ET, April 28, 2022.
