- 28 April 2022 / Amendment 0004: please find attached Amendment 0004 for subject Solicitation W912PB22Q3002 which changes the following: 1. Reopen the Solicitation with a new required response date/time of 29 April 2022 14:00 CET. 2. To check Clause 52.232-34 within Clause 52.212-5 and modify language in Addendum to provision 52.212-1. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 24 February 2022 / Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to notify all potential vendors that the required response date/time has been extended to Friday 04 March 2022 09:00 AM CET. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 11 February 2022 / Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. To notify all potential vendors that the Site Visit is hereby canceled. 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 08 February 2022 / Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Answer vendor questions regarding requirement specifications. 2. Replace initial solicitation with attached revised solicitation. 3. To notify all potential vendors of a scheduled Site Visit. Time and location of the Site Visit will follow with the Invitation. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intends to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for USAG Bavaria. This requirement will include all Grounds Maintenance Services for�Hohenfels. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is S208 (Housekeeping- Landscaping/Groundskeeping). This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.� The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria-Hohenfels, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 15 May 2022 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov/. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from FBO and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments.� A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED.� Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST:� COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam.
