- This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The notice is for market research purposes, to make the appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking a business to provide Laboratory: Alinity Diagnostic Reagents; SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), HIV-1 viral load, Hepatitis C viral load, Hepatitis B viral load, Sexually Transmitted Diseases (Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas vaginalis, Mycoplasma genitalium) Reagents for Molecular platform Abbott Alinity m in Orlando, Florida. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, Etc) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the government determine your company s capability.
