The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Hospital Beds for the Tomah VAMC. General Requirements: Salient Characteristics: Bed & mattress equipment shall: Accommodate 500lbs or more capacity Include weighing system Have transit mode available Move forward, backward and side-to-side with ease Have open architecture flat deck to accept multiple mattress options Have hl7 emr connectivity Fully compliant with latest international electro-technical commission safety standards Be able to transition to cardiac chair position Have a deck to floor in low position of 15.35"" Have a deck to floor in high position of 30"" Overall width shall be: 39""-48"" Overall length shall be: 80""-86"" Overall 1,000lbs safe working load All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING: Company name.
