- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, 260 E University Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45219, intends to award a sole source purchase order contract to Atirix� Medical Systems, Inc., 10201 Wayzata Blvd, Suite 310, Minnetonka, MN 55305 to provide the VISN10 location in Indianapolis, Indiana with the existing Atirix� Medical Systems radiation oncology information system. This is a FAR Subpart 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B): Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or NAICS Code 334517. Radiation Oncology uses high energy x-rays for patient care. Atirix� Medical Systems currently provides Atirix� Medical Systems for the radiation oncology department. The procurement of this package is anticipated to be used at all Indianapolis radiation oncology departments that use Atirix� Medical Systems. The contract is turnkey currently providing computer hardware and software, both maintained by Atirix� Medical Systems. Atirix� Medical Systems equipment to include the following: �� ATX5000 QC-Track Base Platform ATX5001 +1 QC Department ATX5090 Professional Systems Operations ATX5012 Automated QC - MRI units ATX5012 Automated QC - Diagnostic CT units ATX5012 Automated QC - Fusion CT units ATX5012 Automated QC - PET/SPECT units ATX5012 Automated QC - Nuc Med units - Gamma Camera ATX5017 Automated QC - Fluoro � Cath lab, biplane units, R/F, c-arms, portables ATX5085 DICOM-Connector Interface This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. No solicitation documents are available; however, any firm that believes it that they can meet the Varian requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 24 hours from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in enough detail to demonstrate compliance. Information must be sent electronically to dwight.petsche@va.gov. Any responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government as to whether to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within 24 hours of publication or by 5:00PM May 2, 2022, to be considered.
