Description: In accordance with Section T3.2.2.8.A.5 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Guidance, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract via a mandatory brand name justification. The FAA intends to procure an Eppendorf epMotion 5075tc as it has been identified through market research as the only Robotic Liquid Handling Device that will meet the agency�s needs.� Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for requirement details.
