- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source contract award with DATACAMP, INC. 350 5TH AVE STE 7720 New York, New York 10118 under the authority of FAR 13.501 for DataCamp Learn Enterprise and Workspace Enterprise Licenses. There is only one responsible source for this award. The subscription will enable NGA to deliver training in data literacy fundamentals, artificial intelligence fundamentals, Python, R, SQL, Spark, Tableau, PowerBI, and Git. This subscription represents an opportunity to build adequate personnel bench strength, advanced tradecraft, and training across all categories. It will also enable geographically separate employees the ability to access on demand training to meet mission requirements: a reimagined effort to provide technical training when and where it is required. Appointed administrative personnel will be able to manage training access to the platform and receive monthly consultation from DataCamp, Inc. to define engagement opportunities and critical learning path development. No other organization or commercial entity has the ability to provide the level of commercial out-of-the-box learning and training platform without third party maintenance. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on 17 May 2022. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
