***Update:� Addendum 02 has been has been issued for this solicitation.� I have attached all the site visit questions that I recieved and the answers to those questions. The proposal due date has been extended to Tuesday, 10 May 2022 @3:00 PM EST. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. �Add Attachment 10 - Site Visit Questions - Answers 2. �Extend proposal due date to 10 May 2022 at 3:00 pm EST. � ***Updates: Addendum 01 has been added to the solicitation.� Questions are now due Monday, 25 April 2022 at 12:00 pm. Addendum 01 Description: 1. �Questions extended from 18 April 2022 to 25 April 2022 at 12:00pm EST 2. �Add CLIN 0004, 0005, 0006, and 0007 to solicitation 3. �Add updated Attachment 2 - Part 3 Statement of Work of the specifications has been updated 4. �Add attachment 7 - Picture of perspective laydown area for B2400 5. �Add attachment 8 - Updated Simplified Floor Plan for B2400 6. �Add attachment 9 - Site Visit Pictures with Site Visit Sign-In Sheet **ATTENTION TO ALL** Proposal due date has been extened to Tuesday, 10 May 2022 at 3:00pm.� I will be located at The Pass & Registration/Visitor Control Center�(VCC) at Joint Base Charleston - Air Base off Dorchester Road�at 02:30 PM to start collecting proposals.� Here is the Address just incase you are not sure exactly where the VCC is at:�� W. FA4418-22-R-0010 - NNTPC B2400 Latrines Renovation - The work to be performed under this contract consists of providing all labor, material, parts, and equipment necessary to repair and renovate latrines in the NNTPC building 2400 on the Naval Weapons Station. All interior tile and wallboard shall be removed and steel studs evaluated for replacement. All deteriorated bottom track and studs shall be replaced. Care shall be required for all common walls not to overly damage the adjacent wallboard. The �A� Latrines are �stacked� one on top of another on floors 1-3. The �P� series latrines are �stacked� on floors 1 and 2. Only one �stack� may be under construction at any one time, meaning that the government shall have beneficial occupancy of the first stack of bathrooms before another stack start construction. This building does not have an elevator. Wet walls have severe deterioration in the track and stud up to about 12� AFF. All project components and materials shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer�s technical installation instructions and specifications. All measurements and quantities are estimated, contractor is to confirm and adjust all measurements and quantities. Contractor shall provide all tools, qualified labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to engineer, install, and warranty all items in accordance with the Statement of Work. All work may be done during normal business hours (0600-1700 M-F), no weekends or government holidays work without prior written authorization. The demolition, chipping and grinding of the latrine floors for the removal of tile and preparation of the new floor system shall be scheduled for off hours or during the weekend, this shall be coordinated with the user. Common wall work that does not affect classrooms may be completed during normal hours. Common wall work in classrooms will require work outside of normal hours due to the sensitive nature of classroom instruction. Building 2400 has an extra layer of security. All contractors will have a single point of entry and exit from the building. All contractors shall be required to obtain a security badge from the security desk and return it each time they leave the building. No cell phones, smart watches or other electronic communication devices shall be allowed in the building. There is no smoking within 100 yards of the building. Violations can
