- Sources Sought Notice: Item Name: POWER SUPPLY, DC-DC CONVERTER NSN: 6130-01-518-7809 Part Number: 12995064 / 9034 Quantity: 600 EA (600 EA Option) End Item: MLRS RESPONSE DATE: 18 May 2022 REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION: This is a Sources Sought Notice only.� This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract. DLA Land Warren is seeking to identify possible sources that can supply:��POWER SUPPLY, DC-DC CONVERTER; NSN 6130-01-518-7809; Government Part Number 12995064.� This item is the power supply on the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS.) The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP), detailed drawings, and performance specifications for these items. BAE Systems, San Jose, CA 95119 (CAGE 80212), the Prime Contractor for the BFVS, qualified Ensign Power Systems, Inc. as the vendor to manufacture this Power Supply, DC-DC Converter, P/N 12995064 for production of the A3 Bradley.� Ensign Power Systems, Inc. (CAGE 05ZM0) owns the proprietary internal design of the Power Supply, DC-DC Converter. The U.S. Government has no technical data for the proprietary internal design of each Power Supply, DC-DC Converter produced by this vendor. Please Note: -This notice is not an open solicitation i.e., Invitation for Bid (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). -Technical data is not available for this item. -Qualification testing and evaluation is required to become an approved source. -Source approval does not guarantee business. -Qualifying as an approved source only provides the opportunity to compete on future solicitations.
