Description

Sources Sought � Atlas Copco Air Compressor and Adsorption Dryer Package w/ Compressor Controller System Notice of intent to use a brand name product. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide an air compressor and adsorption dryer package that has equal performance and listing/approval requirements as the ZR 900 VSD Low Pressure Air Compressor (LPAC) with matching ND 2500 VSD/Water Cooled Adsorption Dryer manufactured by Atlas Copco Compressors, LLC.� FY23 MCON P-209 Dry Dock 3 Replacement, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii requires products similar to the following items: Atlas Copco ZR 900 VSD Low Pressure Air Compressor (LPAC) Oil free rotary screw compressor, CLASS 0 according to ISO 8573-1 edition 2, 2010 Integral Variable Speed Drive 460V Variable Speed Drive 4000 cfm minimum 150 psi leaving air pressure Atlas Copco ND 2500 VSD/Water Cooled Adsorption Dryer Heat of Compression regeneration Rotary Drum, Desiccant Adsorption Regeneration Heater Dewpoint -50F at 1 ATM Integrated package installed at factory with air compressor The new air compressor equipment will connect to the existing low pressure air (LPA) piping distribution network that receives compressed air from other LPA plants at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH), all of which utilize Atlas Copco equipment.� This project also requires integrating the new equipment and controllers into the existing SCADA system, which also connects to the existing LPA plants.� Therefore, the new equipment must be fully compatible and completely programmable with the existing Atlas Copco low pressure compressed air system and SCADA control system currently installed at JBPHH.� Controls must work seamlessly with all LPA plants without the need for separate interface equipment. This notification is for market research purposes only to identify if other potential sources of supply can meet the requirements of the Government. This is not a request for proposals, quotes, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify other potential sources of this product. To be considered, please submit detailed technical data in order for the Government to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your product to ensure compatibility with the existing system. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), a response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The responder is solely responsible for the information it submits and any associated costs. The Government reserves the right to disregard any submittal that is incomplete or vague. Please do not submit company brochures. Information received after the due date/time will not be considered. Any information provided to the Government in response to this RFI will become U.S. Government property and will not be returned.
