- PR: 1000143797 RFx: 4005374736 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote: SP4704-22-Q-0018 Leadership Curriculum Gaming Exercise Support for Defense Contract Audit Institute This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Products, and FAR subpart 13.1, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4704-22-Q-0018 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430 with a small business size standard of $12M. This acquisition does not have a Small Business Set-Aside as it is sole sourced. This solicitation is anticipated to result in a firm-fixed price purchase order with an anticipated period of performance of 01 July 2022 � 30 June 2023 with four, 12-month option periods. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Pricing for all line items must be submitted with the quote. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide an indoor gaming facility (escape room) that enables action-oriented learning for the Defense Contract Audit Institute (DCAI). This requirement is in support of DCAI in Atlanta, GA. The Contractor must assure that there is complete understanding of the requirements set forth in the attached documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please refer to the attached for all additional requirement details. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets the requirements stated in the PWS and the solicitation. Additionally, please refer to the attached Sole Source Justification for information pertaining to processing this requirement on a sole source basis to Urban Escape Games, LLC. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is the official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS.
