- Sources Sought for 690567-22-SS-00009 P6 Scheduling Services and Support This solicitation is a ""REQUEST FOR INFORMATION"" only for the proposed contract work listed in the requirements section below. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Responses to this Sources Sought must be received by email no later than the date specified in the response section. This intent of this sources sought is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone and other Small Businesses interested and capable of performing the proposed contract work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company has the capability and experience to compete for this acquisition. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) Company Name (b) Address (c) Point of contact (d) Phone and email (e) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number (f) Designation as Authorized Reseller/Service Proivder� (g) Type of small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, , 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business HUBZone business: (h) Listing of your experience within the last 6 years where you were the prime contractor for work of similar type and scope. Include contract numbers, titles, locations, dollar amounts. Requirement: The proposed contract action will be for a Firm-Fixed-Priced and Time and Materials IDIQ contract for continued administration support and services on the existing Primavera Enterprise (P6) platform. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Lands Highway Division (FLHD) uses Primavera Enterprise (P6) project management software for program management, multi-project resource and activity scheduling, earned value, reporting and workload analysis. The anticipated Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is for the administration of P6, including updates to existing projects, input of new projects, maintenance of historical project data, generate and distribute project information, analyze and explain performance measures, perform resource workload analysis, provide user support on an ongoing basis, perform updates to the P6 software as needed, and write reports in both P6 client and P6 Business Intelligence (BI). This also includes participation in project status update meetings, management of resource pool data, incorporation of actual time charged to activities from time and attendance records, updating or modifying report structures from system output, regularly assessing system operation and implement process improvements that are desired by the users, performing system updates as needed, providing higher tier support on P6, and providing technical guidance and assistance to the users in operation of the system. The services will be provided at three sperate locations in the United States. As task orders are issued, full-time staff may be required at the three different locations. Contractor must be able to staff these locations.� The requirements at each location are different and will be described in the individual task order. NAICS Code 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services apply to this procurement with a size standard of $30 million. Response: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should include all information requested in (a) through (h) above. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Any offeror capable of providing this service shall respond to this sources sought electronically to marino.chea@dot.gov no later than May 17, 2022 by 1300 PST.
