- Description
- ** Notice: Please see revision 1 to the Request for Lease Proposal for the latest version of the request.** The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 88,000-95,000 rentable square feet of Class B Warehouse or Class B Flex space, at a minimum, in Shell Condition (See Attachment 2 of the REquest for Lease Proposals for definition of Shell building). Regardless of due date, Offeror proposals must be valid until August 31, 2022. The location is within a ten (10) mile radius from�National Aeronatics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) located at 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, Maryland 20771. Final space design and fit-up shall be in accordance with the requirements and specifications to be provided by the NASA GSFC and as developed during a design charrette process post award (if applicable). Please see the attached request for lease proposals document for additional information on this notice.
