Description

SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION The U.S. Coast Guard Base Kodiak intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source purchase order to the City of Saint Paul Island under the authority prescribed in FAR 13/106-1(b)(1).� Only one source reasonably available that will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement is for the purchase of building caretaker services for USCG AVSUPFAC St Paul Island for the period of performance of 08/01/2022 - 07/31/2023.� The approximate estimate of this action is less than $70,000. The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only 1 source.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.� The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
