- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This acquisition is for the selected contractor to provide rodent control of its facilities as described below.� Vendor to supply all supplies, materials, traps, and bait necessary to perform the service for two locations at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U. S. Sheep Experiment Station, near Dubois, Idaho. (A) The solicitation number is 12905B22Q0068 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2022-04 issued January 26, 2022.�� (C) This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561710.� The small business size standard is $500.� (D) List CLINS, �descriptions, quantities and units of measure:� �The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U. S. Sheep Experiment Station, near Dubois, Idaho requires rodent control of its facilities as described below.� Vendor to supply all supplies, materials, traps, and bait necessary to perform the service.� PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:� Base Year:� 01 July 2022 � 30 June 2023, 1 year Option Year One:� 01 July 2023 � 30 June 2024, 1 year Option Year Two:� 01 July 2024 � 30 June 2025, 1 year Option Year Three: 01 July 2025 � 30 June 2026, 1 year Option Year Four: 01 July 2026 � 30 June 2027, 1 year (E) Description/Statement of Work/Specification:� Please see the attached Statement of Work.� (F) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance:� The due date for this June 30 of the awarded year.� The work will be performed at the two locations listed in the Statement of Work. (G) FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions for the submission requirements.� (H) Evaluation:� For the evaluation criteria, please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions.� (I) Offerors are required to complete in full FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer online at SAM: www.sam.gov.� An offeror must state in their offer if they completed FAR 52.212-3 online and that is it up-to-date and valid. See the attached RFQ terms and conditions for more requirements.� (J) FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions for its Addendum.� (K) FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, is incorporated and applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions that are applicable to the acquisition.� (L) A statement regarding any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices: N/A.� (M) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned ratings are not applicable to this solicitation.� (N) Date, time and place offers are due.� Offers are due by May 20, 2022 at 2pm Pacific Daylight time.� Submit offers by email only to shelley.steen@usda.gov (O) Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Shelley Steen, Purchasing Agent, shelley.steen@usda.gov no later than May 13, 2022 at 2pm Pacific Daylight time.� (P) UPDATE:�There will be a site visit for this requirement.� The scheduled date for the site visit is Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 1pm MDT.� The site visit will take approximately 3.5 hours, comprised of one hour at Dubois, one hour travel to Mud Lake, 30 minutes at Mud Lake, one hour travel back to Dubois.� Please confirm attandance by Wednesday, May 11, 2022 if you will be attending by emailing shelley.steen@usda.gov.��
