Description

This project is for the roof replacements of 5 buildings, roof repair of 1 building, and one optional item for roof decking replacement located at the Ava Ranger District Administrative Site on the Mark Twain National Forest, Ava, Missouri. The project work consists of:� The contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove existing asphalt shingles and felt to decking, and replace with new felt and shingles, roof vents, ridge vent, install new eave and rake drip edge to match shingles, install new pipe collars, and install new flashing around all roof chimneys and protrusions. Remove and reinstall guttering if needed. There is no pre-bid meeting for this project. Contractors should contact Celena McElroy @ 573-341-7438 or via email celena.mcelroy@usda.gov for site specific information. Response date is set for 06/02/2022 before 4:00 p.m. CT.� All quotes shall be submitted to Carol Northrop via email at carol.northrop@usda.gov.� No hardcopy responses will be accepted.
