Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Alaska Shelter Solicitation Number: PANNGB-22-P-0000-008229 � POC: SMSgt Crystal Rossman 163d Attack Wing March ARB, California 92518 Phone: 951-655-5461 Email: CRYSTAL.ROSSMAN@US.AF.MIL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 163d Contracting Office at March ARB, California 92518 intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of Alaska Shelter as further described in the price schedule and delivered to March ARB, California 92518. Award will be based on the lowest price that is technically acceptable and Best Value to the Government. In order to be technically acceptable and meet Best Value practices quotes must meet the salient characteristics listed in the price schedule below. All quotes must be returned to SMSgt Crystal Rossman NLT Thursday 26 May 2022 at 4:00 PM PST. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
