Description
Questions and Answers Pyxis Medication Dispensing Operating System Upgrades 36C25622Q0874 1. Question: Will the VA utilize the attached Table for Section (3) Salient Characteristics which includes the correct Quantities and Model Numbers based on the walk through at the Station? Answer: Government is conducting Market Research at this time with the Draft salient characteristics and quantities, a site visit can be scheduled during the Solicitation Phase for this requirement for all potential vendors. 2. Question: Current implementation timeframe is 120 days ARO, which allows for a kick-off within the first 30 days of contract award to develop a mutually agreed upon project timeline. The project timeline will include 60 day lead time for equipment build and delivery. Is this acceptable to the customer? Answer: Government is conducting Market Research at this time, the timeframe communicated in the market research response would be acceptable to the government. 3. Question: BD will provide electronic versions of all applicable user guides. Maintenance manuals are not provided to customers, as BD provides service and support as part of the contract package through the BD Technical Support Center and Field Service technicians. Is this acceptable to the customer? Answer: Government is conducting Market Research at this time, the electronic versions of all applicable user guides communicated in the market research response would be acceptable to the government. 4.
