- Description
- The Arkansas National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to PEARSON VUE located at 5601 Green Valley Drive, Bloomington, MN 55437. The contract will provide exam vouchers for CompTIA certifications. Pearson VUE is the sole provider to offer learning products�and test vouchers, via its Digital Learning Applications and Media (DLAM) platform,�designed to assist individuals to prepare for various certification exams. Pearson Vue has the exclusive right to provide exams for CompTIA products and services that are required by the Department of Defense Cyber Command for all Cyber Protection Team members. These services will be provided at the National Guard Professional Education Center located on Camp J.T. Robinson in North Little Rock Arkansas 72199. NAICS code will be 813910 � �Business Associations�. FAR 13.106-1(b) is being used to solicit this requirement as a sole source requirement.�This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1) to publicize the proposed contract action. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the ARARNG USPFO for Arkansas within two (4) calendar days from the posting of this notice. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firm�s ability to provide the above. Information can be sent to Contracting Officer, Ralph Grinnell at ralph.d.grinnell.civ@army.mil or Contracting Officer, Mark White at mark.c.white20.civ@army.mil. Responses received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
