- The Navajo Area indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Managements & Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm fixed price contract with Linehan Communication Inc. (Unique Entity ID # E72JU2FJSKD7), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. Linehan Communications Inc. is able to provide the services until May 15, 2023. The NAICS code is 517911, with an associated Small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to ths notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
