- Description
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) / Office of Single-Family Real Estate Owned Division (SFREO) intends to award a sole source, single award IDIQ to the City of Philadelphia to perform its requirement to procure lead-based paint inspection services and clearance examinations of HUD-owned, single family (one to four units) properties located within the City of Philadelphia. The requirement includes inspection services such as initial testing, visual inspections and clearance examinations of HUD-owned, single family (one to four units) properties located within the City of Philadelphia. Under the terms of a 1976 Court Ordered Stipulation Agreement, HUD is required to obtain for each HUD-owned property, prior to occupancy or transfer, a Certificate of Compliance (COC) from the City of Philadelphia that the property follows all of the City's rules & regulations and 24 CFR Part 35, et al. As a result of the Court Ordered Stipulation Agreement, HUD intends to award the sole source, single-award IDIQ contract to the City of Philadelphia.
