Description
AMENDMENT 0002 -� TO CLARIFY QUESTIONS,� UPDATE THE SOW, AND ADD LINE ITEMS.�� AMENDMENT 0001 -� TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SITE VISIT ON� MAY 4, 2022.�� The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of boiler and chiller treatment services for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Terre Haute, located in Terre Haute. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325998 � All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing. �(Size Standard: 500 employees). This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA) is October 1, 2022.� The resulting contract will include a base year from the EDOA through 12 months from EDOA with four (4) possible 12-month option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government.� The Government anticipates requiring the services listed in the statement of work for the base period and (4) four twelve-month option periods. �All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 13, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.beta.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
