- Description
- The 336th Training Support Squadron (TRSS) is requiring the service of Refuse collection for their Tacoma Creek area. Refuse service at the Tacoma Creek training location is under the authority of 42 U.S.C. 6901(a), ""Resource Conservation and Recovery Act"". Due to Washington State laws, under the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC), regulating the authority to operate for solid waste services by certified area, a service contract independent of Fairchild Air Force Base's Integrated Solid Waste Management contract is required. The WUTC publishes all certificates for refuse collection areas on their website, listed by county. The Tacoma Creek training location is located in Pend Oreille County in the eastern side of the Colville National Forest.
