- STATEMENT OF WORK Background: This is a request for VA Maine Togus to acquire six Utility Terrain Vehicle s (UTV). They will be utilized to provide transportation within the VA Togus campus for Facilities Maintenance and Safety staff. These smaller more portable units will alleviate parking challenges near several of our buildings and provide a more rapid response time. Requirements: All the units must have a fully enclosed climate controlled solid cab and have room for two people side by side. It also must have 4 x 4 capability but not full time 4 x 4. They should be equipped with HD Work Site tires and have a storage bed/box. They can be gas or diesel, but gas is preferred. Vendor shall deliver 4 completely assembled UTV s and shall provide training on the use of them. A minimum of a 1-year warranty is required.
