Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�CA City:�Irvine Delineated Area:�City Limits of Irvine and Tustin, CA Sq. Ft. (ABOA) Office:�Minimum 5,061 Sq. Ft. (RSF) Office:�Minimum 5,820 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Surface):�N/A Full Term:�15 years Firm Term:�10 years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space to be secluded from public agencies and traffic when possible. Offered space cannot be located on the ground or top floor of the building. Approximately 5 security containers to be housed at location (550 lbs. when empty and 700 lbs. full). Lessors to provide floor structure load analysis of intended container location within offered space. Building must have an elevated commercial loading dock suitable for truck deliveries, using trucks without a lift gate. Building must have a suitable passenger and freight elevators. Freight elevator needs to be available 24/7 and accessible to the loading dock. Additional requirements to be stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall be outside of the 100/500-year flood plain.� Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B.
