Ft. (ABOA):�24,566 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�25,794 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�95 Full Term:�20 years Firm Term:�15 years Option Term:�5 years Additional Requirements: Offered space must be horizontally and vertically contiguous Offered space cannot be located on the first/at-grade floor Offered locations must be able to provide a discrete pathway between a secondary entrance and the offered space Offered location must approve of the installation of a holding cell within the offered space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
