SYNOPSIS The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located at 516 E Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, NM, 87301, has an upcoming requirement for the extension and connections of the existing wastewater system. The magnitude of the requirement is under $150,000. The Government will allow 30 days from date of award to project completion. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110 � Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5 million.� The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00044 using the principles FAR 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be issued on or by May 16, 2022.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, delivery time, past performance, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by May 23, 2022. The acquisition is a total small business set aside.
