Description
The purpose of this amendment is to provide a list of attendees for the site visit held on 12 May 2022 at 9:30 P.M. EST and establish a date for the submission of all questions No Later Than 16 May 22 at 12:00 P.M. The Contracting Officer is the only point of contract for receiving questions. Submit questions in writing to Eric Gonzalez, Contracting Officer, eric.gonzalez.17@us.af.mil. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A 100% �Small Business SET-ASIDE USING SUBJECTIVE TRADE-OFF PROCEDURES AND THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS L AND M. This requirement is for a single award Firm-Fixed Price contract. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to complete project DKGV 1093496/Repair Waterfront Circuit Breakers, Joint �Base Charleston, South Carolina, with an anticipated performance time of 180 calendar days. The work includes retaining the services of a licensed Electrical Engineer to perform the required shop drawing and studies to accomplish the work described herein. There is a total of (9) nine medium voltage circuit breakers that will be replaced. (8) eight breakers will be rated at 600 amperes and will serve as feeder breakers. The remaining (1) one breaker shall be rated at 1200 amperes and will serve as a main breaker. This work also includes the evaluation and repair of the existing medium voltage regulator. All materials removed from service shall become property of the contractor and shall be disposed of off-base. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
